Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule you based on availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations
Tours will proceed in light rain, but we prioritize your safety. If severe weather (such as thunderstorms or high winds) forces us to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If you choose not to ride due to weather that does not result in an official tour cancellation, our standard cancellation policy still applies.
