Operating Hours: Park hours vary by season; check the official schedule before visiting.
Please note: As part of our 2026 expansion, construction will continue through 2026. During this time, some attractions— Dueling Zipline, is temporarily closed.
Getting There: You cannot drive to Anakeesta. Guests park in nearby city/adjacent lots along the Parkway and then ride the Gondola (open-air chair or enclosed cabin) or the Ridge Rambler guided vehicle from 576 Parkway up to the summit. Please note: Anakeesta does not provide parking.
Parking: Parkway Parking is available, also find nearby parking at two City parking garages, one across the street at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and the other at Traffic Light #3, the McMahan Parking Garage.
Admission: Tickets are valid for the selected date of reservation.
Dining: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
ADA: The park is wheelchair accessible with designated pathways.
Attire: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Dress for changing weather conditions due to high elevation.
Closures: Some attractions may close temporarily due to inclement weather.
Restrictions: Height and age restrictions apply to select activities.
Cancellations: All sales are final.
