Cancellation policy
No refunds if cancelling within 14 days of your trip day. All trips canceled within the 14 day period and BEFORE 48 hours prior to the trip are vouchered or rebooked when vacancies are available. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are not granted vouchers or refunds. All trips go out regardless of weather; rain, shine, snow, wind, raining cats and dogs, thundersnow, firenado, etc.
Know before you go
The Ocoee is a class III river with 30 named rapids. Three of these are actually class IV rapids, making a run down the Ocoee the most intense experience that a beginning rafter can comfortably try.
Cautions: No one can be pregnant. Waivers must be completed on site for each participant.
LUNCH IS INCLUDED
Lunch is a full sandwich bar with meats, cheeses, veggies, pasta salad, chips, cookie, and drinks. Vegetarian and Gluten free options are available.
Disclaimer: Please plan to bring nothing into the raft that cannot be strapped to your body.
Medication: If you require medication staff can put it in the medkit. Let them know at check-in.
Attire: Wear sunscreen and bring a towel & change of clothes for when you arrive back at the outpost.
