Additional Information
Delivery Procedures
Upon delivery the driver will send an email or text message confirming your delivery is complete and exactly where it is. Your beach gear will have a tag with your name on it. In that communication they will include your lock combination. The beach gear will be locked up to a bike rack closest to your condo.
Return Procedures
All rental items must be waiting for pick up at 7:00AM the last day noted on your confirmation letter. Please ensure all beach gear are locked up and any accessories rented are with the other items. Including extra locks, helmets, baskets, e-bike chargers, keys, etc. It is okay to leave them outside with the bikes to avoid our team having to return for them.
Cancellation policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
