Please arrive as close to your scheduled time slot as possible. Those arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot be guaranteed entry and may have to reschedule. Your eTicket will have additional information.
Restrictions:
No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Bags may be subject to search.
Tripods, excessive props, costume changes, commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and all professional video equipment are prohibited without prior approval.
Costumes and accessories that obscure a participant’s face or are culturally insensitive are prohibited.
Pets are not permitted indoors (except service animals.) Pets are allowed on the patio.
They do not allow firearms, knives, weapons, or illegal substances of any kind.
Stroll with Care: Compact strollers are welcome, and the space is ADA-accessible.

Exhibits are highly immersive and some use strong lighting effects and loud surround sound.
Due to the complex technology employed, installations may require unplanned maintenance; this may result in the closure of a particular installation.
Hopscotch San Antonio reserves the right to photograph visitors on the premises and use photographs taken by visitors within the art space and posted publicly.
Dress for the Journey: Socks are required for the Quantum Trampoline and Diodic Daydream. Costumes and creative outfits are encouraged, but please leave the face-obscuring masks, offensive apparel and commercial equipment (tripods, professional rigs) at home unless you’ve cleared it with the team first.
