Additional Information
Weekday deliveries are done in the mid to late morning, but during times of high demand it could be in the afternoon. Saturday orders will be delivered in the afternoon.
Please note that morning deliveries are not guaranteed.
When your items are delivered we will text photo(s) of the items and the lock combination to you at the phone number in your order confirmation. You are responsible for any lost or damaged items. Games and other beach equipment should be stored in your house/condo/room when not using them. Lock bikes and trailers together and if there is a bike rack, to the rack. Do not lock through the basket. The preferred process is to lock through the frame, but if that is not possible, lock through the wheel.
All rentals end at 8:00 AM the last day of your rental. We begin pickup as early as 8:00 AM so please ensure the bikes and equipment are locked where we left them. If you rented chairs, games, etc, please lock them to the bikes. Items picked up from our facility must be returned by 10:00 AM. If we attempt to pick up the items and they are not available, we will charge an amount equal to the current 1 day rental rate on all items listed in the order as a fee for the second trip. ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEANED PRIOR TO PICKUP OR AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED. In addition to completely rinsing the equipment of all sand and other contaminants, please ensure you remove all trash and personal items from chair and trailer pockets.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to fourteen (14) days prior to delivery date. After that time, all orders are final and no rain checks or refunds will be given.

Must be 21 years or older with valid drivers license and insurance
Max riders – Honor LSV six, Moke four, Oreion four
Honor must be chosen for transporting beach equipment to and from beach.
Moke and Oreion shall not to be used to transport beach equipment to and from beach
Ride off Honor LSV and Moke only able to be used on roads 35 mph or less in North Charleston
Delivery Honor LSV and Moke able to be driven on roadways 35 mph or less on Seabrook only
Ride off Oreion can be driven on roadways 55 mph and less allowing you to explore Charleston's downtown and many islands.
Delivered Oreion able to be driven on roadways 55 mph and less.
Delivery must have a way to charge vehicles. Check with condo owner or PMC prior to booking.
