- Delivery & Pickup: We offer convenient delivery directly to your hotel, vacation rental or Airbnb, as well as pickup when your rental period is over, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Bike Locks: All our bike rentals include sturdy bike locks to keep your ride safe while you explore the beach or take a break along the way.
- Baskets, Helmets & Cup Holders for Bikes: These accessories are not included with the bike rentals by default but can be provided upon request. Some additional charges may apply for upgraded items, such as specialized baskets or premium helmets.

Check-in details
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your beach chair and umbrella rentals, we’ll need to communicate with you before the scheduled drop-off. Please note the following:
Communication Before Delivery: We prefer to communicate prior to the delivery date to schedule the best time for drop-off and ensure access to your vacation rental or house. This is especially important if there are security gates or restricted access that our drivers need to navigate.
Meeting the Driver: It’s highly recommended that someone is available to meet the delivery driver at drop-off. This will allow our team to explain any important details about the rental equipment and ensure everything is set up properly for your convenience.
Access to Property: If you are not available at the time of delivery, please ensure that we have the necessary instructions for entry, such as gate codes, key locations, or contacts for a property manager. This will help avoid any delays.
Confirmation of Delivery: Once the delivery is complete, we will send a confirmation message. If you have any questions or concerns about the equipment or setup, please let us know right away.
Preparing for Pickup: At the end of your rental period, please ensure that the equipment is ready for collection at the designated time and location. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a timely pickup.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made within the 8 days prior to the reservation are refundable. Within 7 Same day cancellations are not refundable.

Delivery Times: While we strive to deliver your rentals promptly, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or other delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Consistent Communication: To ensure a smooth process, it’s important to maintain consistent communication with our team. This helps us coordinate delivery, pickup, and any assistance you may need during your rental. Report Issues Immediately: If you encounter any discomfort or malfunction with your rental equipment, please notify us as soon as possible. We’re here to help and will address any concerns promptly to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
Overview
All renters must be 18 years of age. All minors must be accompanied by an adult who can sign the liability waiver and accept responsibility.
WAIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rentals are non-transferable. If you do not use your entire rental time, you cannot allow others to use your rental for the remaining duration of your rental time.
Refunds will not be given based on weather. If you are unsure if the weather will cooperate, please check local weather forecasts and ensure you are wanting to purchase the rental ahead of time.
If there are any issues with your rental equipment or services, please call and advise us immediately so we can ensure we can provide you with the best experience possible. We are here to show you a good time so please let us know before your rental time has ended so we can attempt to fix any issues you may have.
