Additional Information
Kids 3 to 5 are free when they ride with a paid adult; do not include them when booking the number of people. We do not allow children under the age of 3 on our slope due to insurance regulations. We will however let you use a tube for pictures of the little one. A child and an adult may ride together in the same tube, also a child and a child may ride in the same tube, but not two adults in the same tube.
Cancellation policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Know before you go
Upon arrival, each person will be required to fill out a separate waiver, if under the age of 18, a parent or guardian needs to fill out the waiver for that child.

We are located 20 minutes outside of Asheville, NC and 30 minutes away from Johnson City, TN. We have some big and exciting changes for this coming 2023-2024 season! Fun for families and individuals ages 3 and up!
