Additional Information
Only one of our games, the SUPER SECRET is optimized for children 8-12 to be able to lead the way with a lower more accessible set design and more linear nature.
The rest of our games are intended for adult groups or family groups with at least 1 adult actively playing with the team. We have found that children about age 8 and older and adults of all ages enjoy our Adventure Games the most. Children 4-7 enjoy playing along with families although many puzzles are beyond their ability to solve, they enjoy the environments and are often good at finding items.
Although we don't encourage it, some families opt to bring younger children including infants into their game with them, but we do charge for all players older than "stroller age". We remind families bringing small children to keep close watch for little fingers and items in mouths. Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
Know before you go
All games are private and require 2 or more participants. It's not necessary to arrive exceptionally early, but it is necessary to arrive on time to be sure there is time for introductions and instructions, think of your reservation much like a movie show time. 10-15 minutes early is a good target in case you hit traffic. Any earlier and we may not be finished with the group before, any later and we may not be able to give you your full time before the next group arrives.

Some experienced teams prefer hosts to be available for help only when asked, while with younger and or inexperienced groups, your host can play the part of an extra invisible player to help you along just at the right moment.
After You Finish...
We capture a photo or two of your team's excitement when your game is over, and win or lose our teams have so much fun. You get to keep your digital photo for free and the memory forever.
