Additional Information
All renters are able to pickup their equipment the day prior to their 1st rental day at any time after 2pm. This encouraged wait times are very long during the mornings.
Equipment Pickup Instructions:
Our rental area is located downstairs. If you have made a reservation, just check-in at the rental counter downstairs and then wait for direction from the rental team.
If you need to do a walk-in rental, you can start entering your information into the computers at the bottom of the stairs.
We will have you review your rental details to be sure all information is correct. You will also be given a rental card for each person in your group.
Please sit with your group and try and stay in one area, as it can get very busy down in the rental area.
We ask that any non-renters in your party do not take up bench area when we are crowded.
Equipment Return Instructions
We will pull up your information to check you in while you return your gear.
Return Your Poles: drop them in the metal basket labeled "Return Poles Here."
Return Your Boots & Helmet:
PLEASE BUCKLE AND TIGHTEN ALL BOOTS WHEN RETURNING THEM!
Then please place your boots and helmet in the GREEN bin.
Return Your Skis / Snowboard:
Please place your skis and snowboards in the return rack by the back doors.
Once a tech has checked in all your equipment, you are good to go!
Cancellation policy
If you need to make changes or cancel reservation, you will need to do so no later than 48 hours in advance. If you are a no-show or cancel without calling at least 48 hours prior, your credit card is subject to being charged for the entire reservation.

No Refunds are Provided for Early Returns
Here’s the thing: once you have the equipment, we are unable to rent it to another person. So we always recommend starting with the minimum number of days you want and then extending the rental as needed.
It is best to dress in winter clothing including a snow jacket, snow pants, hat, gloves and waterproof boots. Sunglasses, sunscreen, chapstick & a water bottle are great add-ins too!

Overview
We offer the best ski rentals in Winter Park with top quality gear for all ages and abilities.
This includes boots, skis and poles. We rent Classic Style Cross Country Skis, they are meant to use inside a groomed track and do not have metal edges. We have equipment available in adult and junior sizes, the smallest will fit a 4-5 year old. When you arrive we can talk you through some trails and point you in the right direction.
