Cancellation policy
48 hours before the ride's scheduled pick-up date and time.

All reservations at least 48 hours in advance but no earlier than 14 days.
No show policy: The chauffeur will wait for the agreed time (past scheduled pick-up time) for the passenger to show. In case of a no show, the chauffeur will first attempt to contact the passenger. If the passenger cannot be reached, the ride will be flagged as a no show. A no show is subject to a 100% charge of the agreed rate.
