The 140 acre property features several miles of thrilling trails for you to explore. The duration of the experience varies depending on the size of the group, typically ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Participants must be at least 14 years old and have a maximum weight of 275 pounds. Weight measurements will be taken on-site as part of our safety protocols.

Additional Information
For ages 14 & up. Mountain Cat Off Road Adventures offers tours on our scenic and rugged 140 acre property. All participants will operate their electric ATV individually, no tandem or side-by-sides. Terrain will vary from flat and grassy areas to steep and rugged mountain trails. All tours are guided and group will stay together as you quietly navigate through the Appalachian wilderness. Protective safety gear will be provided and required and the trained guide will assess each riders ability before proceeding to more challenging areas.
We provide water, but you’ll need to bring a canteen or water bottle to use during your ride. We ask that you leave your jewelry, other valuables, camera and cell phone locked in your car. If youʼre wearing glasses, we recommend a strap to keep them in place. Sky Valley is not responsible for, nor can we recover items dropped from the course.
Our tours run rain or shine, so bring along a rain jacket and pants to make sure youʼre comfortable. You may get a little wet, but youʼll still have a lot of fun.
An outdoor adventure comes with the unpredictability of weather. Bring layers so you can be comfortable in our constantly changing environment.
Know before you go
When should I arrive? Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time. What should I wear? We are in a covered canopy a majority of time but please prepare for wind, layers are always the best choice. Closed toe shoes are required. Are dogs allowed on property? Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the zip shack porch or on the course.
