Arrival Policy All participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled activity time for paperwork and mandatory safety briefing. Failure to arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in will result in loss of rental or tour and No Refund will be given.
This new tour is exciting and a experience you will never forget. Although this waterway has been on the Island for years, its hidden path was just recently discovered by our local shrimper/ fisherman “John Boy”. You can only explore this amazing path at high tide because it is hidden and not accessible at low tide in some areas. For those that always wanted an off the path experience, this tour is for you. This tour is for all levels of paddlers.
Additional Information
Must be 13 & older to paddle a single kayak. Ages 4 to 12 years of age can join together to paddle on a tandem kayak, or one child and one adult can paddle together on a tandem kayak. Max of two person per kayak. You cannot add a third person on a tandem kayak regardless of the size. Unfortunately, children under the ages of 4 years are not allowed for safety reasons. Anyone who is under the influence of DRUGS, ALCOHOL or MARIJUANA, or SUSPECTED OR BELIEVED to be under the influence of DRUGS, ALCOHOL or MARIJUANA will not be allowed to participate. If you had a reservation there is no refund for the scheduled activity. Pregnancies Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Weight Restrictions Tandem Kayaks have a combined weight limit of 400 lbs.* Single Kayaks have a weight limit of 275 lbs *Single Person weight limit of 275 lbs still applies for the tandem Kayak Participants must be able to pull themselves up on the Kayak should they fall off. Pets are not allowed on tours.
