Booking: Select your desired equipment, rental duration, and provide an exact residential address for delivery and pickup.
Communication: RideAway Adventures will send you a confirmation email that contains a waiver, this must be completed. Additionally RideAway Adventures will call 10–20 minutes prior to drop-off and pick-up. Ensure your phone is accessible during these windows.
Equipment Care: Avoid leaving items unattended or at the beach. Charges apply for damaged or stolen equipment.
Assistance: Staff can assist in carrying items to the beach upon delivery.
