Highlights
- Equipment is delivered by 4:00 PM. Delivery windows are between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Equipment may arrive any time within the selected delivery window.
- You do NOT have to be at the property for delivery or pick up. The delivery team will send a text confirmation when your delivery is completed.
- LIV Adventures picks up bikes and equipment on the morning of your departure beginning at 8AM

Additional Information
To ensure your equipment is delivered before you arrive:
• Select your check-in date as your rental start date
• Choose the number of nights you are staying
Example:
Monday check-in → Friday check-out = 4-night rental
(Pickup Friday morning)
• Delivery windows are from 9AM-12PM or 12PM-4PM. Your equipment may arrive at any time within the selected delivery window.
• Equipment will be picked up on the morning of your departure, beginning at 8:00 AM
• You are not charged for your check-out day
• Additional fees will apply if the items are not ready for pickup at 8:00 am on the pickup date or not delivered back to the store by the designated return time.
Cancellation policy
Cancel 3+ days before for a 100% refund, 1–2 days before for 50%, and no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.Late Fees:
