Additional Information
Guests will be seated only with people booked under the same reservation. Seating is first come, first serve.
· The Castle doors will open 60 minutes prior to show time and seating and food service will begin 20 minutes prior to show time. We recommend arriving early to obtain the best seats in your seating section and avoid long entrance lines.
· Once inside our Hall of Arms, you’ll be able to enjoy our gift shops, full-service bar, and authentic medieval artifacts. We welcome credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay at all bar and gift shop registers. Registers that accept cash will be limited.
· Requests for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free meals can be made with your server on the day of the show.
· Gratuity for your hard working servers is not included as a part of your ticket. You may take care of your server with a cash, credit card, or mobile tip at the end of the show. Gratuity is entirely at your discretion but as a guide, a tip of $5-$10 per guest is 7.5%-15% of our ticket price for adults and children.

If you need to make changes or cancel reservation, you will need to do so no later than 48 hours in advance.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for our Castles is casual – please feel free to come ready for feasting, fighting, and fun! As our Castles are indoor and climate-controlled, some guests prefer to bring a light sweater or jacket. We ask that you refrain from hats or headdresses that may block the view of other guests during the tournament or masks/costumes that cover your face in its entirety.
Can I bring my camera or video camera to the show?
Yes, though we ask that you not use flash.
Can I bring in a weapon/toy weapon?
Medieval Times does not allow weapons of any kind (real or fake!) into the Castle.
Overview
What exactly is Medieval Times?
At Medieval Times, we offer a boisterous, family-friendly experience inspired by an 11th-century feast and tournament. You’ll be served a 4-course banquet as you cheer for one of six knights competing in the joust and other tests of skill.s for photos with the knights. The gift shop remains open after the show, as well. Safety protocols vary per castle on photos and post-show experiences.
What should be expected at a Medieval Times performance?
Prepare for 2 hours of adventure set in Medieval Spain. Highly trained knights will joust and show off their swordsmanship in hand-to-hand combat, along with displays of horsemanship and majestic falconry.

Medieval Times is based upon authentic Medieval history and is the true story of a noble family with documentation dating back to the 11th Century.
