Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to fourteen (14) days prior to delivery date. After that time, all orders are final and no rain checks or refunds will be given.

Know before you go

Deliveries: Weekday deliveries are done in the mid to late morning, but during times of high demand it could be in the afternoon. Saturday orders will be delivered in the afternoon.
Please note that morning deliveries are not guaranteed.

Equipment: When your items are delivered HHI will text photo(s) of the items and the lock combination to you at the phone number in your order confirmation. You are responsible for any lost or damaged items. Games and other beach equipment should be stored in your house/condo/room when not using them. Lock bikes and trailers together and if there is a bike rack, to the rack. Do not lock through the basket. The preferred process is to lock through the frame, but if that is not possible, lock through the wheel.

Pick Up: All rentals end at 8:00 AM the last day of your rental. HHI will begin pickup as early as 8:00 AM so please ensure the bikes and equipment are locked where they left them. If you rented chairs, games, etc, please lock them to the bikes. Items picked up from the facility must be returned by 10:00 AM. If HHI attempts to pick up the items and they are not available, you will charged an amount equal to the current 1 day rental rate on all items listed in the order as a fee for the second trip.

During Your Rental: When your items are delivered you will receive a text with photo(s) of the items and the lock combination to you at the phone number in your order confirmation. The End of Your Rental: All rentals end at 8:00 AM the last day of your rental. HHI Rentals begins pickup as early as 8:00 AM so please ensure the bikes and equipment are locked where they left them. If you have any trouble during your rental, give HHI call to resolve the issue. HHI Rentals is central to the island and open from 8:30 – 4:00 seven days a week.
