Get ready to ride the waves! Myrtle Waves is South Carolina’s largest water park located in Myrtle Beach, SC. They have slides and attractions for all ages, and over one million gallons of water! Cool off with them and spend the day having some splashing fun!

Overview

Riptide Rockets is a body speed slide that allows single riders the excitement of riding down an open flume, then splashing down into the catch pool below.
Requirements:
Riders must be at least 42″ tall to ride.

Super Chute is a body slide that allows single riders excitement of riding down a 20-foot long enclosed tube with a four-foot vertical drop into eight feet of water.
Requirements:
Riders must be at least 42″ tall to ride. Weak or non-swimmers should not participate. Lifejackets are recommended.

The Thunderbolt Speed Slides are two parallel body speed slides that splash into a 3 foot catch pool.
Requirements:
Riders must be at least 42″ tall to ride.

Turbo Twisters is a high-intensity enclosed body speed slide. These three completely enclosed dark slides will send you spiraling down at an exhilarating 50 feet per second.
Requirements: Riders must be at least 42″ tall to ride.

Rockin’ Ray is a high intensity slide. This structure allows double tube riders to experience the excitement of riding down a half-pipe slide before exiting into the catch pool.
Requirements:
Riders must be at least 48″ tall to ride. This ride is for double riders ONLY, and has a very strict 400 lb combined weight limit.

Arooba Tooba takes riders down an enclosed flume and shoots them out into a large bowl-funnel where they will whirl and swirl until making their final splash through the center drop! Never the same swirl twice!
Requirements:
Riders must be at least 42” tall to ride.

Night Flight is a high thrill, enclosed tube slide that sends single tube riders to ride in the dark and then splash down into the pool below.
Requirements:
Riders must be 42″ tall to ride. This ride is for single riders ONLY.

Snake Mountain features three serpentine inner tube slides: The Python, Water Moccasin, and The King Cobra.

Requirements:
Riders must be at least 42” tall to ride.

Tsunami
The FlowRider® provides a fun, safe platform where young and old alike can enjoy the thrill of riding a wave. Upgrade any general admission for $10 at the park for a taste of the surfing lifestyle from 11 am to 5 pm. Private parties and group events are available for advance booking. The Tsunami is one experience that will never be the same twice!
Requirements:
Minimum height requirement is 42” to boogie board.

Ocean in Motion Wave Pool
Our Ocean in Motion Wave Pool is South Carolinas’ largest wave pool with water depths from zero to six feet. Due to the size of waves generated in this pool, lifejackets are recommended for anyone that is not a strong swimmer.
Requirements:
Guests of all ages/heights can enjoy Ocean in Motion.

Lazy River is a 330,000-gallon river attraction. The lazy river produces a gentle current that moves the guests around the river for a relaxing tube ride.

Requirements:
Under 36″ accompanied by supervising companion.

Bubble Bay is designed specifically with toddlers in mind, this 7,000 square foot leisure pool with water depths from six to eighteen inches has many attractions for entertainment!
Requirements:
This attraction is reserved for children 45” and under.

Saturation Station is an interactive play structure designed to accommodate our smaller guests with 3 open body slides and a volcano waterfall bucket.
Requirements:
Guests of all ages/heights can enjoy Saturation Station.

Highlights

Bubble Bay is designed specifically for toddlers and has a 7,000 square foot leisure pool with water depths from six to eighteen inches.
Saturation Station is an interactive play structure designed to accommodate our smaller guests with three open body slides and a volcano waterfall bucket.

Additional Information

Food and shopping available on site! Options include:
Island Cafe offers chicken tenders, burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken Caesar salads, and pizza. The Cafe is also a good escape from the summer heat with an air-conditioned, indoor seating area.
Sharkey’s Snack Shack is a stand that offers hot dogs, soft or stuffed pretzels, cotton candy, and popcorn.
The Beer Garden offers beer and snacks for adults.

Can we leave and re-enter the park in the same day?
Yes. Just keep your wristband on.

Know before you go

Wear swim attire, water shoes, and bring sunscreen and towels.

Can I bring my own tubes or rafts?
Guests may not bring any personal flotation devices into the park with the exception of Coast Guard approved life jackets. Life jackets and tubes are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are tubes available in the park?
Yes. Courtesy tubes are provided for all slides that require a tube.

Can I bring a picnic?
Myrtle Waves provides a picnic area outside of the main entrance of the park. Guests are able to enjoy their picnic in this area but are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverage into the facility except one water bottle per person. Bags will be checked before park entry.

Do you offer locker rentals?
Yes. We encourage using a locker to store all valuables and personal items. Lockers can be rented with cash and/or credit/debit cards.
