Additional Information

Age and Height Restrictions: Obstacle Island participants must be at least 7 years old, 45 inches tall, and able to swim. Cable Park participants must be at least 10 years old and able to swim.
Safety: All participants are required to wear life jackets, which are provided. A mandatory safety lesson is required for first-time visitors under 10 years old at the Cable Park.
Weather Policy: The park may close during inclement weather, such as lightning. No refunds or rain checks are provided for weather-related closures.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is prohibited in public areas. Alcohol is only permitted if purchased on-site.

All ticket sales are final, no refunds or rain checks. Wristbands/tickets are not transferable.

Waivers: Complete the Shark Wake Park activity waiver(s) before arrival.
Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and safety briefings.
Attire: Wear appropriate swimwear; shoes and clothing other than swimwear are not allowed on Obstacle Island.
Amenities: The park offers the Shark Shack for food and drinks, as well as a viewing deck to watch the activities.

Shark Park 843, located within the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex, offers a variety of water-based activities suitable for all ages and skill levels. The park features a floating Obstacle Island—a massive inflatable playground equipped with monkey bars, climbing towers, slides, and more. Additionally, the Cable Park provides opportunities for wakeboarding, kneeboarding, water skiing, wake skating, and foil boarding, utilizing a high-tech pulley system instead of traditional boats. Whether you're a seasoned water sports enthusiast or a beginner, Shark Park 843 promises an exhilarating experience.

All Access 4-HOUR - Includes (2) consecutive Obstacle Island sessions followed by (2) hours of Cable Park Watersports

Cable Park: 2 Sessions - Cable Park - Two (2) Sessions includes two hours of Cable Park access for one (1) person. Includes rental gear.
Cable Park - All Day - All Day Cable Park Pass, 10am - 7pm, for one (1) person. Rental gear is included.

Obstacle Island: 1 Session - Obstacle Island sessions begin on the hour, every hour; each session is (50) minutes long, with a (10) minute break between each session. Participants must arrive (30) minutes before activity start time.

What is Obstacle Island?
Obstacle Island is an inflatable floating obstacle course featuring monkey bars, climbing towers, slides and more.

What is a Cable Park?
A cable park pulls riders who want to kneeboard, wakeboard, water ski, wake skate or foil board around a lake by a high-tech pulley system instead of a boat. The pulley system picks up ropes from the starting dock and pulls riders in a circle around the lake. Riders can utilize the ramps and rails on the sides of the lake to try new tricks.

MANDATORY SAFETY LESSON
Any child under ten years old is required to complete and pass our mandatory safety course before he/she is allowed to participate in the cable wakeboarding activity on their own at Shark Wake Park.

Duration: (1) Hour
Structure: Private Lesson, One Instructor
Description: Required for children 10 and under (first timers only). The child receives individual one-on-one safety instruction with hands on and side-by-side learning. The child must demonstrate adequate comprehension and application of the safety rules as well as the ability to safely navigate the wakeboarding cable. If the child demonstrates he or she is confident and able to safely navigate the wakeboarding cable on their own, he or she will 'pass' the mandatory safety class and receive a complimentary two-hour cable pass.
