Hours of Operation: 9AM – 5:30PM Daily, Admission closes at 4:30pm.
We are an outdoor, open air facility located right on the Gulf of Mexico. The walkways are covered with awnings, but on rainy days it is a good idea to bring an umbrella or rain jacket, as you will get wet walking to and from the exhibits, shows, and chats. Shows and encounters continue rain or shine though severe weather or electrical activity may cause some delays.
No pets are allowed excluding service dogs.
No outside food or drinks are allowed. Onsite “Dive-In” Eatery offers food and drinks for an additional fee.
Children under age 2 are FREE.

Seating for shows and presentations are on a first come first serve basis.
With endless animal encounter opportunities, dolphin and sea lion shows, daily animal chats, and amazing exhibits to view, your visit will be filled with fun and adventure!
Heaviest guest times are between 10am and 1pm daily. Because of this seats for presentations fill quickly, please keep this in mind when you visit, flexibility with desired showtimes will be needed.

General admission tickets are nonrefundable and are valid for one year from date of purchase. Black out dates may apply to discounted tickets.
