At this time we can only accommodate a max of 6 on each vessel. And we have 9 Tikis so we can do “tandem charters” for parties up to 54 passengers! Its a lot of fun! take the “block” party to crab island lol.

Boats do not have restrooms onboard so please use the bathroom before boarding and keep that in mind while on your cruise.

Additional Information

There is a $150 cleaning bill for anyone getting sick onboard the ship.

No smoking or Vaping is allowed on ship.

Guests who arrive intoxicated will not be allowed to board ship.

Getting overly intoxicated on the ship may force the captain to cut the tour short for safety of passengers and crew.

DO I HAVE TO DRIVE THE TIKI? No, all trips are run with a USCG licensed Captain to navigate the vessel safely and allow all onboard to sit back and relax and enjoy the ride!!! This is a good thing, there can be a lot of traffic and you won’t risk a BUI!

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD AND DRINK? We provide an ice filled Cooler, cups/shot glasses, bottle openers and bottled water, bluetooth stereo, floating dock, and electric pump if you want to fill your own floaty up. For food and alcohol, feel free to bring your own or you can order some from any restaurant on the water.

WHAT ABOUT RESTROOMS? Our tikis are NOT equipped with restrooms. We strongly encourage you to use the restroom before leaving the dock. So please do NOT drink more than you are able to "hold" while on your tour!

ARE DOGS ALLOWED? Dogs are allowed if they are documented service animals or if rent the tiki as a Private Charter (i.e your people are the only party onboard). Our captains do not dog sit and the dog will be required to stay out of the way of the captains area. But they do love Crab Island like everyone else.

Please note that the following items are prohibited.

All controlled illegal substances.
Firearms or weapons of any kind.
Fireworks or explosives of any kind.

Know before you go

DO I NEED I.D. TO DRINK? Yes, We do card everyone that is drinking. So make sure you have a valid ID!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? YES, all ages are welcome! Its such a unique experience and between the TiKi, beach and water, it will be hard to beat. Children age 6 and under are required to wear a life jacket while in transit. We have some on board, or you can bring your own (recommended, but it has to have a USCG approval stamp). Please let us know if you plan to bring children so that we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets. USCG only allows 6 passengers per boat... children are considered people too (not half people).

WHAT IS PROHIBITED YOU ASK? For starters, Guns, knives or any other kind of weapon. It is a Tiki boat after all. Secondly, illegal substances, ie drugs without prescriptions or any other narcotics that is a controlled/illegal.

ARE THERE AVAILABLE LIFE JACKETS ON BOARD? Yes, there are type 2 PFD for every passenger. Along with a couple of child size jackets. Children 6 and under must wear a life jacket while underway. No exceptions! Call us in advance if you have any special requests or concerns. The Tiki also has a USCG first aid kit.

DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SWIM? No, Crab island is very shallow

DO I NEED TO BE PHYSCALLY FIT? Your transition off the vessel and into the water at Crab Island and to and from the dock will be the most rigorous and thats not saying much. However if you have disabled in anyway, that might make this transition unsafe, than this trip is not recommended for you. Your Safety is paramount.

REFUNDS & PARTIAL REFUNDS? If the Capts need to cancel the trip cut the trip short because of inclement weather you will be eligible for a prorated refund if you trip was terminated before the “halfway mark”. If it was longer than that, there will be no refunds. Our peak season weather is very fickle and forecasts can be very unreliable, as such we have come up with the policies to be as fair to all as possible.
