Are there restrooms on board?
Yes, we do have restrooms on board for the use of our guests. Please keep in mind that these are marine heads. Please note any signage in the restrooms regarding what may be flushed down the toilets.

Can we bring food on board?
Unfortunately, you may not bring food on board as we do not have appropriate areas for consumption. We do offer light snacks on board for purchase.

Kids On Board
We love when families join us on board, and ask that parents/accompanying adults keep a close eye on the children they are responsible for. Our rules will be announced upon departure, and include No Running, No Standing on the Benches, and No Littering on Board. Our crew members have very important responsibilities and tasks to complete to keep all passengers safe, and cannot be expected to monitor children's behaviors as well.

Check in opens 45 minutes prior to departure & boarding is 15 minutes prior to departure. Please plan your time accordingly for traffic, locating the marina, securing parking, and check in. Trips must depart on time and refunds will not be given for a missed departure.

25 Causeway Blvd is the marina address and the marina is undergoing construction. The check in point is at the Tropics Ticket Trailer located in the East end of the marina parking lot. One member of each party is REQUIRED to check in at the ticket booth to obtain your boarding wristbands, scan City Passes if applicable, and redeem online drink package purchases.

The waiting area is on the water side of the Marina Building on the sidewalk. A crew member will escort guests down the docks for boarding at 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. Anyone without a wristband will not be allowed onto the docks. Guests are welcome to wait at this location while one member of the party completes the check in as noted above.

Getting to Us & Parking: The marina is undergoing construction so onsite parking is extremely limited. Guests can be dropped off by the Marina Building to reduce walking. If you do find parking in the marina, please see the staff at the Tropics Ticket Trailer to obtain details to pay for parking. Other parking options include:
o North Beach Parking Garage, 490 Poinsettia Ave, Clearwater, FL 33767. $3/hr. 15 minute walk.
o Surf Style Megastore, 315 S Gulfview Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33767. Pricing varies. 10 minute walk.
o Pier 60 Hotel Supplemental Parking Garage, 101 Coronado Dr, Clearwater, FL 33767. Pricing varies. 10 minute walk.

Cancellation policy

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 72 hours. Missed cruises will result in no refunds.

Know before you go

How does the Guaranteed Dolphin Sightings work?
In the unlikely event, we do not see dolphins during a dolphin tour (not valid on sunset tours) you will be able to take another dolphin tour free of charge at a later time. Drink packages purchased during the original tour are not refundable and do not apply to your next dolphin tour.

Is there any shade or protection from the elements?
Yes, while we are an outdoor activity our open-air lower level does provide shade and protection from the elements. Note that guests in wheelchairs may not be able to access this area based on the size of their wheelchairs.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board during our tours unless it is a service animals.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our ramp is wide enough to cater to most wheelchairs. However, if the wheelchair is wider than 22" wheelchair will not fit through the lower deck threshold. If so, our wheelchair guest may be confined to the bow (front) area of the boat. We do consider this the best seat in the house. Another option is if the guest does have some walking ability he/she can collapse the wheelchair and the first seat on the inside lower level is just two steps from the threshold. When boarding, our wheelchair guests board last for prime seating on the bow. Our crew is not permitted to lift wheelchairs or any mobility equipment.
