You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Missed cruises will result in no refunds.

Are there restrooms on board?
Yes, they do have restrooms on board for the use of our guests. Please keep in mind that these are marine heads. Please note any signage in the restrooms regarding what may be flushed down the toilets.

Can we bring food on board?
Unfortunately, you may not bring food on board as they do not have appropriate areas for consumption. They do offer light snacks on board for purchase.

Kids On Board
They love when families join on board, and ask that parents/accompanying adults keep a close eye on the children they are responsible for. The rules will be announced upon departure, and include No Running, No Standing on the Benches, and No Littering on Board. Crew members have very important responsibilities and tasks to complete to keep all passengers safe, and cannot be expected to monitor children's behaviors as well.

Can I bring a stroller
They do not allow strollers on board. There is a stroller parking area on the docks near the vessel that the crew will direct you to. Detachable car seats are allowed on board.

25 Causeway Blvd is the marina address and the marina is undergoing construction. The check in point is at the Tropics Ticket Booth #3 located in the west end of the marina. One member of each party is REQUIRED to check in at the ticket booth to obtain your boarding passes.


Getting there & Parking: The marina is undergoing construction so onsite parking is extremely limited. Guests can be dropped off by the Marina Building to reduce walking.

If you do find parking in the marina, please see the staff at the Tropics Ticket Booth #3 to obtain details to pay for parking. Other parking options include:
o North Beach Parking Garage, 490 Poinsettia Ave, Clearwater, FL 33767. $3/hr. 15 minute walk.
o Surf Style Megastore, 315 S Gulfview Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33767. Pricing varies. 10 minute walk.

How does the Guaranteed Dolphin Sightings work?
In the unlikely event, you do not see dolphins during a dolphin tour (not valid on sunset tours) you will be able to take another dolphin tour free of charge at a later time. Drink packages purchased during the original tour are not refundable and do not apply to your next dolphin tour.

Is there any shade or protection from the elements?
Yes, while this is an outdoor activity our open-air lower level does provide shade and protection from the elements. They are not handicap accessible and do not allow wheelchairs on board.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, they do not allow pets on board during our tours unless it is a service animals.
