Dolphin Head Golf Club, established in 1974 as Gary Player's inaugural design on Hilton Head Island, offers a semi-private golfing experience that harmoniously blends with its natural surroundings. Each hole is thoughtfully carved through dense forests, providing golfers with a sense of seclusion and immersion in nature. The course features two distinct nines: the front nine winds through tall trees with signature bunkers and marshlands influencing play, demanding precision and strategic shot-making. The back nine opens up with expansive views, incorporating open spaces and tall, mature trees, offering a contrasting yet complementary golfing challenge. The layout caters to players of all skill levels, ensuring both a challenging and enjoyable experience. Dress Code: Collared shirts are required; denim and cut-offs are not permitted.
Equipment: Each golfer must have their own set of clubs; sharing is not allowed.
Golf Carts: Drivers must possess a valid driver's license to operate golf carts.
Booking Note: Advance tee time reservations are recommended, especially during peak seasons.
