Over the years, Biltmore has grown to include Antler Hill Village & Winery, which includes Antler Hill Farm; overnight accommodations, including The Inn on Biltmore Estate–our Forbes Four-Star property, Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate, and our historic Cottages on Biltmore Estate; Equestrian Center; numerous restaurants; event and meeting venues; and a licensed products division. Hours of Operation: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday – Thursday. 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday.
The last tour entrance is 1 hour before closing.
Arrive at Biltmore House at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved house entry time.
Allow for the 45 minutes of drive time between the Admissions Gate, or any other estate location, and Biltmore House.
Please note, arriving at the Biltmore house more than 30 minutes past your assigned time and your ticket cannot be honored.
Dress comfortably and expect 2 hours to tour the Biltmore House.
The first two floors of the Biltmore house are fully wheelchair accessible.

Bags and Backpacks:

Storage Lockers are available complimentary for guests.
Guests may bring a personal bag no larger than 19″ x 14″ x 9″ into Biltmore House.
If your bag does not meet these requirements, please leave it in your vehicle or ask about storage options. Exceptions will be made for medical items after inspection.
Backpacks are not allowed on any guided tours, including Rooftop, Backstairs, Exclusive, and Expert-Guided tours.
Guests are required to leave backpacks in a locker or in their vehicle.
Biltmore reserves the right to refuse admission for any bag, parcel, or other items.
Weapons are prohibited.
Law enforcement officers are not exempt unless coordinated and approved in advance by Biltmore’s Director of Security & Police Operations.

Know before you go

Dress comfortably and expect 2 hours to tour the Biltmore House.
The property is smoke-free and complimentary parking is available on-site.
There are credit card-operated lockers at the front of the Biltmore house.
Baby Strollers are not allowed on the 3rd floor. they can be left on the 2nd floor and picked up afterward.

Cancellation policy

Sales are final, no cancellations or refunds. Tickets are valid indefinitely, won't expire. Contact Biltmore for rescheduling, subject to availability
