How many people fit on the pontoon?
Our pontoons can fit up to 10 people.

I have never driven a boat, is it hard?
We recommend having boating experience, however, our dockhands will be there to assist you with what you need to know, how to use the depth finder, and tips on where to go.

Can a captain drive me?
If you’d like a captain to drive you, we can arrange a private tour for you. This would be listed under our “Private Dolphin Tour” product.

Can we bring a cooler onboard?
Absolutely! However, whoever is driving must not consume alcohol prior to or while operating the pontoon.

Are these boats handicap accessible?
Yes, if a friend or family member can assist in boarding the boat.

Know before you go

What happens if I damage the equipment?
When participating in our activities, you are taking sole responsibility for the vessel and the liability of you and your passengers. We highly recommend purchasing our damage insurance when booking online to assist with any damage cost.

We allow cancellations up to 24 hours prior to scheduled activity. All of our activities have limited availability so absolutely no refunds are available within 24 hours. Tours leave on time and no refunds are given if you miss your trip.
In the event of inclement weather it is up to the captain or guide to make a determination based on safety. If we cancel an activity we will provide a full refund.
