Please note where the pickup zones are located. You will be picked up in waist-deep water at any of the designated zones OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED LIFEGUARD SWIM ZONES.
Reservation times are approximate and never guaranteed. Please allow a 15-20 window for delays that may occur throughout the day.

- Rides are guided, organized, and kept within designated areas
- Safe and approachable activity for a wide range of ages
- 15 minute ride on a Banana Boat pulled by a skilled captain
- Gratuity is highly recommended for the crew
All reservations are final. There are no refunds given for any reason regardless of the circumstances, unless the trip has been permanently canceled by SKWS staff.
Waivers: NOTE: All passengers MUST sign the liability waivers attached in the confirmation email prior to boarding. Parties that fail to sign the liability waivers prior to their reservation time do not have permission to board. Unsigned waivers will not remit refunds or reschedules.
Pick up times: Reservation times are approximate and never guaranteed. Please allow a 15-20 window for delays that may occur throughout the day.

Weather: Staff reserves the right to postpone operation scheduling up to three hours for weather related delays. Weather delays will not constitute refunds.
Cancellations: All reservations are final.
