• Choose your dates + delivery & pickup windows at checkout.
They’ll schedule your order within those windows as part of our daily route.
• Delivery: They’ll place your gear outside your unit (or as close as possible).
• Pick your items: Choose a bundle or individual items.
• Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with all your rental details after booking.
• Before arrival: They’ll send a quick message confirming your delivery window.
• Pickup: Leave items outside your unit within your selected window—they’ll swing by and collect everything.
If items are inside, just let them know in advance.
