Know before you go
Must be at least 10 years old to zip. Ages 10-15 must have an adult, but participate independently.
Zipliners must be a minimum 48” tall to a maximum of 82” tall.
Zipliners must be under 260lbs.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are a must. Leave those flip-flops at home!
Clothing: Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate attire. Remember, you’ll be zipping through the Smokies, so dress in layers if needed.
Lockers are available at WildSide to keep all your personal belongings safe and secure during your flight.
Safety is our top priority, and part of that is ensuring all participants understand the risks and responsibilities. Before taking flight, you’ll need to sign a waiver. To speed up the process, we recommend completing this online prior to your arrival.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. This gives you ample time to check in, gear up, and receive a safety briefing from our expert guides.
Mother Nature has her moods, and we respect them. MegaZip operates rain or shine, but in cases of severe weather, like thunderstorms or high winds, we may need to pause or reschedule flights for everyone’s safety. Always check the forecast and dress accordingly.
